Clean and Simple Christmas

I put together a quick sample, I wanted something easy but elegant. Here is what I came up with:
The picture sure doesn't do justice just how spectacular this card looks. The sentiment and snowflake are embossed in a shiny silver. The silver ribbon and rhinestone at the center of the snowflake just adds to its charm. This card uses the "second generation stamping" technique where you stamp off on a scrap piece of paper prior to stamping your actual project, for a more muted look.

Instructions (all measurements in inches)
  1. Cut Wisteria Wonder to create the card base (cut 8.5 x 5.5 scored at 4.25)
  2. Cut Whisper White cardstock for stamping  4 x 5.25
  3. Ink up decorative border stamp from Summer Silhouettes with Elegant Eggplant, stamp off on scrap paper, then using the Stamp-a-majig position the stamp at the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock.
  4. Clean the border stamp, ink it again with Perfect Plum, stamp off on scrap paper, then using the Stamp-a-majig position the stamp directly above the previous impression - being careful to line up the design.
  5. Clean the border stamp again, ink it with Wisteria Wonder, stamp off on scrap paper, then using the Stamp-a-majig position the stamp directly above the previous impression - again being careful to line up the design.
  6. Rub the embossing buddy over cardstock
  7. Ink up the Merry Christmas stamp from the Greetings of the Season stamp set with Versamark ink, position it above the borders you've stamped.
  8. Ink up one of the Snowflake stamps from the Snowflake Soiree stamp set with Versamark ink and stamp it centered within the borders you've stamped.
  9. Apply Silver Embossing powder to your Versamark stamped images, tap off excess
  10. Heat and melt embossing powder with heat gun, taking care not to burn your paper
  11. Attach Silver Ribbon and Tie Bow
  12. Attach Rhinestone to the middle of the Snowflake image
  13. Adhere Whisper White stamped panel to the card base
